In light of hamm and eggs terrible misfortion at BHB. (he was allegedly STIFFED a 30 bonus on a deposit he did NOT send, SLOW PAID cause it took till the following day within 24hours, like it says on our site, and since he was OVERCHARGED one USD for his payout, since that is what we are charged)

BHB will give a 300 betting account in his name. moderators please respond with a contest that you will run and we will give the money.

ham and eggs you are a class act. you were not slighted in any way.

When I get a run around on a payout, that is a slow pay Scott. When you do not honor the bonus that you advertise on this very website 24/7, then you are a fraud. If you want me to just call you a slow paying fraud in the future, that will be fine with me. I thought that I was cutting you slack by calling you a slow paying bonus stiff. Take your pick.

I am in favor of any contest, and if you throw money into it then that is generous and appreciated.

I didn't realize that you were so illiterate, so I propose that we actually just raise $300 to get you a 12 pack of "Hooked On Phonics." My goodness.

No offense, but, i think you are way out of line here.
Maybe if you had sent funds, then told "no re-up". but, the way i understand the situation, BHB is not in the wrong here.

I did not get the payout within 36 hours, not sure why you think that at all. I said that I called during the evening of day 1 and did not receive the funds until the late afternoon of day 3. That is closer to 48 hours. Again, you are completely ignoring the fact that I was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods of time, then hung up on. What is your opinion on this?

You know damn well taht BHB is advertising a 15% RELOAD bonus today on our site. Does that bonus apply to me, Butternutts? Of course not!! AND I AM DOWN OVER A PHUCKING NICKEL TO THEM THIS MONTH!!! And you consdier that ok? Wow! That is BULLSH*T false advertising...now we hear about this "new rule". Wtf? Had you ever heard of this rule before?

You are in the wrong here.

You act as though someone can make a ridiculous offer with no intention of fullfilling it and that should be acceptable so long as nobody acted in reliance on the offer.

You think that it would be OK to offer a 15% RELOAD bonus and refuse to offer that reload bonus simply because I NEVER sent in the deposit.

So what would the solution be if I had sent in $300? Would it be ok to just send me back the money?

At what point do you condemn an ADVERTISER SPORTSBOOK for presenting FALSE ADVERTISING?

Maybe you should go back and reread the threads ham. I was with you 100% until i heard the full story, now, i just see things differently based on what i have read.

I agree, the screw-ups with CS are not good. I just wouldn't go so far as to catagorise it as a "Slow Pay". I guess it depends on how you look at it though.

Either way, best of luck, hope there are no hard feelings between you and i over any of this.

I don't think BHB is entirely wrong since they told Ham before any transactions occurred and I don't think Ham is wrong since BHB doesn't state anything of the nature in there T&C's.

No, and if you read my posts in the earlier threads, you should know that.

I was under the impression earlier that this was the case, and was saying from the beginning that this was wrong.

Then i found out that no money had been sent, and that you had been made aware of policy before you did send any funds.

What exactly do you want from BHB?
Do you want to send $300 to them, and get your reup?

I an not sure what you even want now?
